The most common order options are 4” x 6” and 8.5” x 5.5” on 14 Pt. Gloss Cover stock. Our most popular coating option is the UV1 HIGH GLOSS on the front. This makes the back or address side suitable for addressing. Almost always, Postcards are printed in full color on both sides (4/4) or full color on the front and black on back (4/1). We also have cards that are EDDM ELIGIBLE.
14 Pt Coated 2 Sides (C2S) Cover. This thick and stiff stock is coated on both sides with a glossy finish.
16 Pt Coated 2 Sides (C2S) Cover This is our thickest and by far OUR MOST POPULAR stock and comes with a gloss coating on both sides. Because of its thickness, it is not ideal for folding unless scored first. Minimum order on this stock is 1.000.
AQ is short for Aqueous Coating. This is a semi-gloss, environmentally friendly, water-based coating applied over the entire front (AQ1) or front and back (AQ2) of the printed piece. It provides additional gloss and protection, and it can be written on with a ballpoint pen.
UV1 or UV2 UV is short for Ultra Violet Light-Cured Coating. This is a high-gloss coating applied over the entire front (UV1) or front and back (UV2) of the printed piece. It is not recommended for products you need to write on after being printed.
